BASIC TERMS OF SERVICE FOR EMOTES
(more commission info on other slide)• Includes 3 sizes (28px, 56px, 112px, 300px) for emote(s).
• Please provide proper reference(s)
• Payment must be paid upfront before commission starts.
• Commissions are for personal-use only unless agreed otherwise. You may not use commissions for commercial use such as merchandise.
• I don't draw wrinkles, mecha, or pepe (the frog).
• I can reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing.
• I don't prefer to heavily reference another artist's work but I can lightly reference a specific expression/emote if desired.

[1] GENERAL TERMS:
•Please write in a clear and nice manner and provide proper reference(s).
•I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
•I will not draw: 18+ stuff, furry, mecha, wrinkles, or musculature.
•Please Do Not: Trace, steal, copy, or edit my art.[2] PAYMENT:
•Payment is made through via PayPal only.
•An invoice will be sent once I accepted the commission order.
•Payment must be paid in full upfront before commissions are started.
•Complex designs can increase the payment.
•At the end of the order, a 5% PayPal fee will be added.[3] COMMISSION PROCESS:
•Once I receive the payment, I will start on the commission process.
•Your commission will be completed within the max of a month. If more time is needed for any reason, I will get in contact.
•Work In Progress will be given if asked.[4] COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY :
•I retain all copyright to my art.
•Commissions are for personal-use only unless agreed otherwise. You may not use commissions for commercial use such as merchandise.
•The commissioner may use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
•The commissioner may repost and use the commissioned art piece.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
•Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.
•Claiming the artwork as your own
•Removing my signature from the artwork
•Altering the artwork without my consent[5] REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY:
•The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
•If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
•If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
•If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.[6] CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
•I will do everything I can to make my clients happy!
•If you'd like to make any changes, please do so during the WIP process, I will not make any changes after the commission has been finished.
•Any big changes may be an extra charge.
